Alright, you’ve gone for a good run and you’ve performed some relaxing yoga, but now for the dreaded power-lifting. The classical music and dance beats won’t serve you well for this endeavor. If you’re like me, you need some theme music and when I say theme, I mean the theme music for your role as the ultimate hardcore, bad a$!# warrior. Yeah, in my mind, my power-lifting is my training session for my debut as a ninja. The entire thing will fall apart if someone were to ever record a video of me working up a sweat doing a my lifts.
