For those of you just joining this series, “welcome!” and, I’ve made a few things just for you. For those of you needing a bit more guided journaling and direction to follow, I’ve created a few printables that I hope you’ll really enjoy.
I’ve absolutely loved getting to know each of you and to show my appreciation for my lovelies, I have created a free journal printable for you. Simply download the printable and enjoy! I’ve tried to target each area of health for you. On the first page, I have a few areas of emotional and spiritual health, so you can begin your journaling in a good place. Hopefully, this will allow you to process both the good and bad parts of your day. I would suggest that you also pray through your prayer list as you write the list out.
On the second page, I’ve given you a chance to focus on the other areas of your health. This will allow you to think back on what you have done to invest in your health, as well as areas for improvement. The final page gives space to review your day.
